Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee data annotation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with deliverables.
• Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Team Coordination

• Lead cross-functional teams including annotators, quality assurance, and technical staff.
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure project milestones are met.
• Motivate cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong leadership.

Quality Assurance

• Implement quality control processes to ensure data annotations meet client specifications.
• Review and approve annotated data before delivery to clients.

Risk and Reporting

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Adjust project plans proactively to address changing circumstances.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

   

Requirements

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in data annotation or AI-related projects.
• Track Record: Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Skills

• Languages: High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Technical: Familiarity with data annotation tools and methodologies; proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Organizational: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and openness to learning new technologies and methodologies.
