Enable3 is the loyalty and engagement layer for digital brands.
We help mobile apps, games, fintech companies, edtech platforms and other digital products launch loyalty programs in days. From classic points and missions to token-based campaigns and community rewards.
We are looking for a B2C Product Manager who understands how consumer products grow, retain users, and drive engagement through behavioral mechanics.
The role focuses on building and optimizing engagement mechanics, onboarding flows, gamification logic, and user journeys inside loyalty ecosystems used by consumer products.
Main requirements
- 3โ6+ years as Product Manager / Product Owner
- Experience working on B2C products (mobile apps, fintech, gaming, marketplaces, social platforms, Web3 apps)
- Strong understanding of user engagement, retention, and activation mechanics
- Strong understanding of: AARRR metrics (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue), onboarding funnels, behavioral design, gamification mechanics, loyalty and reward systems, referral programs, segmentation, and experiments (A/B testing)
- Basic understanding of: APIs and integrations, event-driven product architecture, product analytics tools, experimentation frameworks
- Preferred experience with: Jira / Figma
- Product analytics tools (Tableau / Hotjar / GA)
- Strong analytical thinking
- Ability to structure product problems
- Ownership mentality
- Ability to work in fast-moving startup environments
- Clear communication with design and engineering teams
- English level Upper-Intermediate / Advanced
Main responsibilities
- Own the B2C engagement experience within Enable3 loyalty widgets and loyalty components system
- Design user journeys and engagement mechanics (missions, quests, rewards, referrals, gamification)
- Improve user activation and retention flows for consumer users
- Work closely with engineering on product requirements and delivery
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze user behavior and optimize product flows
- Launch experiments and A/B tests to improve engagement metrics
- Collaborate with design to improve the UX of loyalty widgets and dashboards
- Work with growth and marketing teams to support product campaigns
