Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Evestar is a fast-growing marketing agency with a team of 60+ professionals. We are recognized as one of the leaders in digital marketing in Florida and continue to scale internationally. We are currently looking for a strong Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist for a long-term opportunity within our dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and actively headhunt top talent across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia
• Manage hiring for roles across different functions and levels (content creators, managers, designers, developers, copywriters, marketing managers)
• Strong talent assessment skills, with the ability to identify a candidate’s true potential, role fit, and likelihood of long-term success beyond what is written on a resume
• Build and execute effective sourcing strategies for different markets, roles, and hiring priorities
• Support candidates throughout the full hiring journey, including onboarding, team integration, and follow-up during the first months of employment
• Contribute to strengthening Evestar’s employer brand and external positioning in the talent market
• Monitor hiring quality, candidate feedback, and the overall effectiveness of the recruitment process

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successfully hiring high-performing / top-tier specialists
• Strong experience in international recruiting and direct headhunting
• Fluent English (Advanced / Advanced Plus), with the ability to communicate confidently with both candidates and team members
• Strong communication skills, initiative, independence, self-organization, and a proactive approach

Nice to Have:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing
• Previous experience hiring for agencies, e-commerce businesses, or digital teams
