We are looking for CRM Manager in our team :)

Requirements:
iGaming experience required;
• Working specifically in a casino + sportsbook;
• Understanding the difference between:
 casino bonuses
 sports bonuses (free bets, odds boosts, etc.);
• Experience with the player lifecycle after registration;

Experience with Tier-1 markets (preferred)
Understanding:
• Regulation
• the bonus approach in Tier-1
• player behavior in the UK / CA / AU / NL / NZ

Responsibilities:
The manager will be responsible for the implementation and support of all bonus products:
• Welcome bonus
• Reload / re-deposits
• Cashback
• Freebet / odds boost (sports)
• Segmented bonuses
• Temporary promotions for sporting events
• Reactivation offers
 

Tasks:
• Transferring approved bonus rules to the platform
• Setting up conditions: wagering, terms, limits
• Testing the correctness of mechanics
• Daily monitoring of accruals
• Monitoring bonus costs and anomalies
• Working with anti-abuse logic (in conjunction with analytics)
