Junior Business Development & Account Manager

We are an outsourcing company partnering with innovative fintech and crypto businesses. Company are currently looking to hire up to 3 juniors for our  Sales & Account Management department. Presence in China and LATAM is a strong advantage.

Position: Junior Business Development & Account Manager

On this position, you can join the team and try different tasks and your specialization to the Business Development or Account Management can be determined during the first months based on your strengths and interests.


Business Development & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and source potential partners and clients through X (Twitter), Telegram, LinkedIn, and email outreach.

  • Conduct lead scraping and research potential partners within target crypto ecosystems.

  • Initiate communication with potential partners and build initial connections.

  • Maintain records of leads and track communication in CRM or internal systems.

Partnership & Account Support:

  • Maintain good working relationships with partners.

  • Support upsell opportunities and partner communication under mentorship from senior team members.

  • Client portfolio management.

Communication & Outreach:

  • Conduct daily outreach via LinkedIn, email, Telegram, and X.

  • Maintain professional and friendly communication.

  • Participate in networking and engagement within crypto communities.

  • Initiate communication with potential partners.

Internal Coordination:

  • Collect feedback from partners and communicate insights to the internal team.


Requirements:

Experience: we are open to considering students. Will be a plus: relevant experience in other industries or active participation in international student organizations and internships.

Languages : English — confident Upper-Intermediate (B2+), Chinese or Spanish/Portuguese.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.

  • Proactive mindset and competence to independently solve problems.

  • Curiosity, ambition, and a strong desire to grow in business development.

  • Willingness to use AI and other automation tools to increase productivity in research, outreach, and analysis.



Nice to Have:

  • Experience with lead generation tools, scraping, or outreach automation.

  • Familiarity with crypto communities on X and Telegram.

  • Experience in B2B communication.

  • Knowledge in one of industries : crypto, blockchain or fintech

  • Hands-on experience with crypto products


Terms, conditions, and compensation package:

  • Remote-first: Work from anywhere with a flexible schedule. 

  • Adaptation period: 3 months; The position generally full-time, but part-time work is possible during the adaptation period with a transition to full-time after.
