LamSkill is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to support outreach and business development activities.

Responsibilities:
- Search for potential clients and relevant target companies
- Build and maintain lead lists
- Work with LinkedIn and email outreach
- Update lead data in Google Sheets / CRM
- Support communication with potential partners and clients
- Track outreach results and maintain structured reporting

Requirements:
- 6+ months of experience in lead generation, outreach, or sales support
- Experience with LinkedIn search and basic outbound communication
- Good research skills and attention to detail
- Confident written communication
- Experience with Google Sheets / Excel
- English level: Intermediate+

Will be a plus:
- Experience with CRM systems
- Understanding of B2B lead generation
- Experience with international markets
