Junior Financial Controller (IFRS)

We are looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join our finance team and support IFRS reporting, group consolidation, and financial management processes across our international entities.
 

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality financial data, participating in the preparation of consolidated reports under IFRS, and assisting with the transformation of local statutory accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting & Consolidation: Participate in the preparation of consolidated financial statements (IFRS) and support monthly/year-end group consolidation.
• Management Accounting: Assist in preparing regular reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) and analyzing financial performance versus budget.
• Audit Support: Prepare financial data and supporting schedules for external audits; liaise with auditors and consultants (under supervision).
• Treasury & Payments: Support vendor payment processing across multiple currencies, ensuring proper documentation and monitoring short-term liquidity.

• Process Improvement: Assist in documenting finance policies and participate in improving internal controls and reporting workflows.

   

Must-have Requirements:

• Education: Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or external audit.
• Hard Skills: Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience in financial report preparation.

• English: Level B1+ – Spoken. Please note that English proficiency will be verified during the interview.

   

Nice to have:

• Currently pursuing or completed ACCA papers.
• Prior experience with consolidation processes.
