About the Role

We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to drive player retention and engagement across both Casino and Sportsbook products.

The role focuses on lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, personalized communication, and continuous CRM performance optimization based on player behavior, gaming activity, and event-driven campaigns.
 

Responsibilities

— Implement and develop RFM and behavioral segmentation.
— Build and manage CRM plans across different player segments.
— Manage CRM communication channels (Email / Push / Onsite / SMS).
— Work with both Casino and Sportsbook content, including tournaments, matches, provider campaigns, seasonal events, and promotions.
— Personalize offers and user journeys (free spins, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, odds boosts, etc.).
— Launch and optimize reactivation campaigns.
— Run A/B tests (offers, timing, mechanics, events) and continuously improve performance.
— Analyze key metrics such as Retention, LTV, Turnover, Bets, GGR, and Conversion Rates.
— Work closely with bonus mechanics, retention strategies, and engagement campaigns.

Requirements

— 3+ years of experience in CRM / Retention.
— Proven experience in iGaming (Casino and/or Sportsbook).
— Strong understanding of player behavior, retention mechanics, and lifecycle marketing.
— Solid understanding of CRM funnels and key performance metrics.
— Experience with RFM and behavioral segmentation.
— Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
— Experience working with CRM systems and analytics tools.
