About the Role

We are looking for a CRM Manager to drive player engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for segmentation, campaign management, and continuous optimization of CRM performance.
 

Responsibilities

  • Implement and develop RFM segmentation.
  • Build and manage CRM content plans by segments.
  • Manage communication channels (Email / Push / Onsite).
  • Work with casino content (slots, providers, tournaments)
  • Personalize offers and player journeys.
  • Launch and optimize reactivation campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaign performance.
  • Analyze key metrics (deposits, retention, LTV) and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM / Retention.
  • Experience in iGaming / Casino industry.
  • Strong understanding of funnels and key metrics.
  • Experience with segmentation (RFM is a plus).
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
