CRM Manager (iGaming / Retention)
About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Manager to drive player engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for segmentation, campaign management, and continuous optimization of CRM performance.
Responsibilities
- Implement and develop RFM segmentation.
- Build and manage CRM content plans by segments.
- Manage communication channels (Email / Push / Onsite).
- Work with casino content (slots, providers, tournaments)
- Personalize offers and player journeys.
- Launch and optimize reactivation campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze key metrics (deposits, retention, LTV) and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in CRM / Retention.
- Experience in iGaming / Casino industry.
- Strong understanding of funnels and key metrics.
- Experience with segmentation (RFM is a plus).
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
