CRM Marketing Manager
We are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to design and execute strategies focused on user retention, conversion growth (KYC, deposit, first transaction, etc.), and increasing customer lifetime value (LTV).
Your primary responsibility will not be limited to launching campaigns. You will be accountable for turning users who download Simple into active, engaged, and loyal customers. This includes guiding users throughout their entire lifecycle β from initial registration and onboarding to participation in the referral program and active use of our savings products.
An important focus is on using AI tools and automation to improve CRM efficiency, scale personalization, and accelerate hypothesis testing and experimentation.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Planning: Developing strategies for user retention and conversion growth. Planning and executing CRM campaigns to increase LTV, ARPU, and reduce churn.
- Analysis and Segmentation: Segmenting the customer base based on behavior, interests, and other data. Analyzing campaign performance (CTR, CR, ARPU, Retention).
- Communication Development: Creating trigger-based and bulk email campaigns, push notifications, SMS, and other communication channels. Writing copy and preparing briefs for designers.
- Process Automation: Configuring workflows in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, SendPulse). Maintaining the accuracy and cleanliness of the customer database.
- Testing and Optimization: Conducting A/B tests to identify optimal solutions. Continuously optimizing content and mechanics based on data insights.
- Collaboration with Other Teams: Coordinating with product, analytics, marketing, and design teams. Ensuring a unified approach to brand communications.
- Reporting and Analytics: Preparing regular reports on CRM activity performance. Formulating hypotheses and implementing new data-driven approaches.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM management, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, SendPulse).
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and behavior analysis.
- Proficiency in campaign performance metrics (CTR, CR, Retention, LTV, ARPU) and A/B testing.
- Experience in creating and automating workflows and scenarios within CRM systems.
- Solid knowledge of email marketing, push notifications, and SMS strategies.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and implement data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong copywriting skills for crafting engaging communications.
- Ability to create detailed briefs and work effectively with designers and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining clean and accurate customer data.
