Junior Recruiter to $700

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter who can proceed in his/her skills enhancement and diving deeper into how to manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles and work closely with clients and hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates.

 

This role requires strong theoretical sourcing skills, high level of adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced outstaffing environment with multiple open roles.

 

Required skills:

  • 1 year of experience in technical recruitment
  • up to 2 years of strong sourcing experience (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
  • Proven experience of successful engineers' pre-selection / hiring (Frontend, Backend, Full-stack, DevOps, etc.)
  • Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously
  • Ability to pre-assess technical candidates 
  • English - Upper-Intermediate (ะก1+) or higher
  •  

Nice to have 

  • Prior experience of working in IT outstaffing environment
  • Hiring across multiple European, LATAM, APAC, US markets
  • Understanding of different engagement models (outstaffing, dedicated teams, EOR etc.)

Scope of work:

  • Full-cycle recruitment: manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to offer signing 
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for multiple technical roles
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding candidate progress and feedback (you mau count on support and initial up-skilling)
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Contribute to improving sourcing strategies and recruitment workflows
