Head Of Marketing
We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven marketing lead to structure, lead, and scale the marketing function across our two core products. You’ll manage team and work directly with the C-suite to set KPIs, build systems, and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute half-year and full-year marketing strategies.
- Define and track KPIs for performance, lead generation, and team productivity.
- Lead weekly planning, execution monitoring, and monthly reporting of all marketing efforts.
- Systemize the lead acquisition + lead management flow.
- Spot growth opportunities, test new channels, and scale what works.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in digital marketing, with a proven strategic and team leadership background.
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing and paid performance channels (Google, Meta).
- Strong analytical skills — confident with dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
- Proficiency in applying AI tools for work tasks.
- PR and partnership management experience is a plus.
- Upper-intermediate English (B2).
