Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Node.js + React) for Cybersecurity AI platform

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing product team working on a modern platform at the intersection of cybersecurity and AI.

This is a backend-focused full-stack role with strong ownership of features—from architectural decisions to production delivery. You will work in a startup environment where speed, autonomy, and engineering quality are equally important.
The product is already backed by significant investment and is entering an active growth stage.

  Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Solid experience with React
• Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design
• Experience working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Experience with complex CRUD workflows and data modeling

• Strong ownership and ability to drive features independently
• Nice to have:
• Experience with Python
• Experience with Fastify or NestJS
• Familiarity with Drizzle ORM
• Experience with Playwright and/or Jest
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP)

• Docker / Kubernetes experience
• Background or interest in cybersecurity

Responsibilities:

• Own features end-to-end (backend-leaning full-stack)
• Develop and maintain APIs and backend services using Node.js
• Work with React on UI-related parts when needed

• Implement and optimize CRUD flows and database interactions
• Work with PostgreSQL, including schema design and migrations
• Contribute to AI-related integrations and features
• Ensure production readiness: debugging, monitoring, performance optimization
• Collaborate closely with engineers, team leads, and product managers
• Participate in code reviews and mentor other developers
