Marketing Lead/ Brand and Growth (AI)

Stay Group is an innovative marketing company focused on building high-performance marketing systems and scalable solutions within the iGaming and entertainment industries.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Lead Assistant / Brand & Growth (AI) to work closely with the CMO and take part in building marketing processes, brand presence, and growth systems from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

Brand & Foundation

• Build and develop corporate social media presence
• Support development of founders’ personal brands
• Define positioning, tone of voice, and key messaging
• Participate in website structure and content implementation

Distribution & Growth

• Launch and scale distribution across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, Telegram, Quora)
• Analyze platform mechanics and optimize engagement strategies
• Drive traffic through communities and organic growth channels

Virality & Growth Mechanics

• Work with viral content formats, hooks, and storytelling
• Implement growth loops, UGC, and referral mechanics
• Optimize key metrics: CTR, engagement, retention

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing / growth / digital marketing
• Experience in SaaS, digital products, or tech-driven environments
• Experience working with budgets starting from $100K+
• Strong understanding of growth mechanics and performance metrics
• English level B2+
• Strong analytical thinking and execution skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in building brands from scratch
• Experience with personal brand development
• Knowledge of content systems (funnels, content factories, multi-platform distribution)
• Experience with AI tools and automation

• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, cohort analysis)
