Senior Product Designer as Co-founder (Equity-based)

The Vision 
At Entie, we believe technology should do more than just connect people—it should help them stay connected. We are building an AI Copilot for long-term relationships (RelTech), moving beyond the world of dating apps into the world of lasting partnership.
 

Our Progress 
We’ve already validated the concept with zero marketing budget:

• #2 Product of the Day on Product Hunt ($15 launch budget).
• Featured in Trend Hunter and other global media.
• A complete development team is already in place.
• Currently building v2.0 to scale the initial success.
   

The Role 
We are looking for a design partner to join our founding team. This isn’t a task-based role; you will be the Visual North Star of the product.

• Lead the UX/UI strategy from scratch for our next major release.
• Work directly with the founders to shape the product roadmap.
• Ensure our AI-first solution feels human, intuitive, and supportive.
   

Partnership Terms 
We are currently in a lean bootstrap stage, prioritizing long-term growth over immediate overhead:

• Equity: 10% ownership (secured by legal agreement).
• Flexibility: Part-time commitment (~20 hours/week), allowing you to maintain your current role.
• Investment: As a co-founder, you will share in the project’s minimal operational costs (proportional to your stake).
• Compensation: This is an equity-only role until our next funding milestone or revenue stage.
