๐ŸŽฏ Role Overview

As an Account Manager at TrueLabel, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while ensuring efficient coordination between internal teams and customer needs. You will work closely with Product, Development, Support, and other internal teams to translate client requests into actionable tasks, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery in accordance with SLA and internal processes.

The role requires a proactive approach to client communication, task coordination, and process improvement, helping ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.
 

โš™๏ธYour Tasks:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients and manage ongoing relationships;
  • Collect and clarify client requirements, translating business requests into tasks for internal teams;
  • Create and manage tasks in Jira / Service Desk or similar task management systems;
  • Monitor task progress, delivery timelines, and SLA compliance;
  • Coordinate work between Product, Development, Support, and other departments;
  • Organize regular client meetings and prepare follow-up communication;
  • Coordinate the resolution of incidents and operational issues affecting clients;
  • Document and analyze cases to identify opportunities for process improvements.
     

๐Ÿ‘ค Our Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the gambling / iGaming industry;
  • Intermediate or higher English (written and spoken);
  • Experience working with task management systems such as Jira or similar tools;
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate several teams simultaneously;
  • Experience managing a small team of up to 10 people;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
