Junior Integration Manager

We’re looking for a Junior Integration Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work on integrating third-party systems and supporting partners to ensure everything runs smoothly.

You’ll collaborate closely with the team and act as a bridge between technical systems and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on integrations with third-party systems (POS, payment gateways, marketplaces, and other partners).
• Support and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
• Read and analyze logs to identify and resolve problems.
• Communicate with partners and internal teams (Product/Tech) to ensure smooth integrations.
• Assist with setup, configuration, and testing of integrations.
• Monitor and ensure integrations are running correctly and efficiently.
   

Our Ideal Candidate:

• around 1 year of experience in a technical role (QA, Technical Support, Implementation, etc.).
• Has a basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Comfortable reading logs and troubleshooting issues (we’re happy to teach).
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
• English level B2+
