Experienced UI/UX and Graphic designer

UDS Systems is a Microsoft Solutions Partner specializing in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), Power Platform, and Azure. Since 2007, we have been cooperating with leading European and US clients across the automotive industry, real estate, IT, finance and other ambitious industries.

We are looking for a new member of the UDS team — an experienced Multidisciplinary Designer with a wide range of skills.

Requirements:

• Experience in web design with UI/UX excellence, WCAG awareness and user-centered design mindset
• Expertise in product design
• Experience in designing system architecture and workflows
• Experience in graphic design
• Strong knowledge of brand identity, color schemes, typography, composition principles, and design trends
• Experience in preparing layouts for physical printing
• Presentation design skills
• Proficiency in key design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, AI tools
• Creativity
• Attention to detail

Nice to have:

• Motion / animation skills
• User research and cross-cultural design awareness

Responsibilities/tasks:

• Working with cross-functional teams from the Marketing department and the Website team to the HR department, Product Managers, Developers and Stakeholders
• Participating in the creation and enhancement of our website, designing website layouts and UI elements, optimizing UX
• Creating advertising and graphic materials for UDS branding and marketing campaigns
• Developing visual concepts for social media
• Designing email newsletters, pitch desks and other materials
• Preparing files for print publishing
• Ensuring consistency with our brand identity and guidelines
• Working closely with the development teams to create visually appealing UI/UX solutions for clients’ projects (custom UI elements for CRM system, websites, portals, dashboards, etc.)
• Collaborating with the Product team to develop products and add-ons (upon request)
