Project manager

At Group107, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven IT Project Manager to join our Project Management team in Lviv. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of diverse projects, including e-commerce, SaaS, and marketing solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure smooth project execution, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT project management or software development projects
• Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end project delivery
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Zoho Projects
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results and delivery
• Upper-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of WordPress, accessibility standards, or e-commerce platforms

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Allocate resources and monitor project progress against milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA engineers)
• Facilitate effective communication between teams to ensure alignment
• Lead Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Gather, analyze, and clarify project requirements
• Manage stakeholder expectations and handle scope changes
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Resolve project-related issues to prevent delays
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
• Track and report KPIs and overall project performance
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure proper testing and feedback cycles
