NDA is a digital boutique agency focused on B2B, e-commerce, and digital startup clients in the DACH market. We build demand generation and performance systems — not one-off campaigns. The team is lean, remote, and operates without account managers or bureaucracy: direct client relationships, fast decisions, real ownership.
We are in an active growth stage and expanding delivery capacity to match a growing client portfolio.
The Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketer (Paid Ads) who will own paid channels end-to-end — from campaign architecture to results analysis — and help set the standard for how performance marketing is done at the agency.
This is not an execution role. It's a position for someone who thinks in business outcomes, works autonomously, and can explain both wins and failures in plain language. You will work directly with the founder, manage real client accounts, and have full autonomy over hypotheses, testing, and reporting from day one.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Build funnel logic from the first click to a qualified lead
- Analyse performance, develop hypotheses, and test them independently
- Prepare reports in GA4 and Looker Studio — with numbers, insights, and actionable conclusions
- Communicate with the Delivery Lead on status updates, priorities, and flags

Requirements
Must Have:
- 2+ years running paid campaigns independently — Google Ads and Meta, both channels, from structure to result (not "familiar with")
- Full funnel understanding: traffic landing page conversion CPL ROAS
- GA4 + GTM at a solid mid+ level: data layer, custom events and dimensions, attribution models, GTM Preview, remarketing audiences
- English B2+ — able to explain results and failures in plain language
Nice to Have:
- LinkedIn Ads as a primary channel
- TikTok Ads and YouTube Ads experience
- Experience with EU markets (DE / AT / CH), GDPR awareness, local decision-making culture
- B2B lead gen background — long sales cycles, quality over quantity
- Agency experience; ability to manage multiple clients across verticals in parallel
- Looker Studio — basic dashboard setup
This Role Is Not for You If:
- Your CV has no cases covering both Google Ads and Meta
- You can't explain why a specific campaign failed
- You're only open to a salaried position with full benefits from day one
- You prefer structured task lists over autonomous, hypothesis-driven work
