UX/UI Designer
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences through intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centered design. This position requires a deep understanding of user experience principles, a strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to translate business objectives into functional digital interfaces.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a focus on complex web applications or enterprise-level products.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience within the B2B applications or FinTech industry is required, experience within the CRM systems is an advantage.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your end-to-end design process—including wireframes, prototypes, and final UI for sophisticated enterprise products.
- High proficiency in industry-standard design and Figma.
- Proven experience in planning and conducting user research, usability testing, competitors research and translating findings into iterative design improvements.
- A proactive learner with a passion for staying ahead of the latest UX/UI trends, technologies, and best practices, and the ability to apply them pragmatically.
- Work with high loaded design system and components
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a strong grasp of UX principles,interaction design, and visual storytelling.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborating with the Head of Products and key stakeholders to understand user stories, business goals, and technical constraints,translating them into compelling design solutions.
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs that effectively communicate
design concepts and user journeys for complex B2B application workflows. - Designing data dense and task oriented interfaces that prioritize clarity, efficiency, and ease of use for
internal users, ensuring usability and accessibility standards are met. - Conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing with internal staff (e.g., support agents,
sales teams, managers) to gather insights and feedback, using this data to inform design
improvements and enhance productivity. - Collaborating closely with the development team to ensure the technical feasibility of design
solutions, providing detailed specifications, assets, and guidance throughout the development
lifecycle. - Participating in design reviews and present design concepts and data-driven solutions to
stakeholders, effectively articulating design rationale and incorporating feedback to refine and
iterate on designs. - Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our internal users' roles, responsibilities, and daily
challenges to advocate for their needs in every design decision.
