Commercial Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and continuously improve pricing frameworks across multiple markets
• Own margin tracking and support commercial decision-making
• Calculate and validate pricing for clients and providers, ensuring commercial consistency across markets
• Support Sales and Account Management teams with client proposals and deal structuring
• Prepare clear and structured commercial materials, offers, and presentations
• Maintain and optimize product and content offering from a commercial perspective
• Prepare and manage structured content lists (providers, aggregators, buying rates)
• Analyze market conditions (including white and yellow markets, provider availability, NGR/GGR models)
• Coordinate onboarding of new partners and product integrations
• Support contract alignment and commercial terms in collaboration with Legal and internal stakeholders
• Review commercial terms and proactively identify risks, gaps, or inconsistencies
• Ensure accuracy of pricing and commercial data across internal systems and teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Tech, Operations, Sales, and KAM
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and providers
• Drive improvements in commercial processes, tools, and workflows
• Conduct market and competitor research to support business growth

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial, operational, or analytical roles
• Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and commercial logic
• Experience working with agreements and commercial terms is a plus
• High attention to detail and structured approach to data and processes
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
