SEO Specialist

Requirements:

• Confident understanding of On‑page, Off‑page, and Technical SEO
• 1–2 years of experience as an SEO specialist
• Experience independently managing SEO projects
• Ability to conduct technical audits and identify growth opportunities
• Experience working with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs / Seranking, Screaming Frog / Netpeak Spider
• Ability to work with semantics: collection, clustering, prioritization
• Understanding of link‑building logic (anchor lists, strategy, placement control)
• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of HTML and understanding of CMS logic (WordPress or similar)
• Understanding of Google algorithms and E‑E‑A‑T principles
• Experience in task setting and quality control of completed work

Will be plus

• Experience mentoring or training Junior SEO specialists
• Experience managing small teams (1–3 people)
• Experience working with PBNs and drop‑domains
• Experience automating reporting (API, Apps Script, etc.)
• Experience in the iGaming / affiliate niche
• Experience working with international markets

Responsibilities:

• Independent management of part of the SEO projects
• Oversight of tasks performed by Junior SEO specialists
• Quality control of completed tasks (semantics, technical specifications, link placements, reports)
• Training Junior specialists to work with tools and internal processes
• Explaining task logic from scratch
• Participation in the development and adjustment of SEO strategies
• Conducting technical and content audits
• Creating and overseeing the execution of the content plan
• Monitoring the link‑building strategy and donor quality
• Analyzing traffic and ranking dynamics
• Preparing project reports
• Participating in presale analyses for new projects
