UX Design Lead
Requirements:
- Leadership & Management: Proven experience as a UX Lead or Design Manager, with a strong track record of building, mentoring, and upskilling high-performing design teams.
- Cross-Platform Expertise: Extensive experience designing and managing products across native mobile (iOS/Android), mobile web, and desktop web environments.
- Process Engineering: Demonstrated ability to set up, optimize, and govern end-to-end design processes. You know how to identify workflow bottlenecks and implement scalable frameworks.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A strategic thinker who focuses on solving complex product and business challenges rather than just executing visuals.
- Design Systems: Deep experience establishing and scaling comprehensive, multi-platform design systems using tools like Figma, optimizing them for team efficiency and developer handoff.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the iGaming or Gamedev or FinTech industry, with a passion for creating engaging, compliant, and seamless user experiences across all devices.
Duties & Opportunities:
- Team Development & Mentorship: Act as a true manager and educator. Assess team skills, identify growth opportunities, and run initiatives to upskill designers and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Process Setup & Optimization: Define and own the design lifecycle. Establish clear workflows, rituals, and quality standards to ensure the team operates smoothly and integrates seamlessly with agile development cycles.
- Cross-Platform Design Strategy: Drive the overarching UX vision across native apps, mobile web, and desktop web, ensuring a cohesive, scalable, and intuitive iGaming ecosystem.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Act as the primary design problem-solver. Partner closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex iGaming business requirements into viable, user-centric design strategies.
- Design System Governance: Oversee the strategic development and maintenance of our multi-platform design system, ensuring consistency, technical feasibility, and speed-to-market.
UX Advocacy: Champion the value of user-centric processes (like usability testing and data-driven feedback loops) at the leadership level, ensuring design has a strong voice in product decisions.
