Fast Corporation is an Israeli product company specializing in desktop solutions for Tier-1 markets (the US, Europe, and other global regions).

We operate across two core product directions:

• B2C (PC App Store) — a desktop marketplace for applications that combines both in-house and partner products. The focus is on user acquisition, software distribution, and monetization.
• B2B (marketing platform for publishers) — an internal platform that supports partner operations, traffic management, analytics, and growth initiatives. It is a key part of the company’s operational model and directly impacts product scalability.

We operate in an environment where delivery speed, execution quality, and process efficiency are critical.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable Delivery Manager who will ensure structured execution, strong communication, and high-quality delivery across teams.

You will act as a key bridge between Israel (product & management) and Ukraine (development), taking full ownership of delivery, execution quality, and process efficiency.

This role includes classic project management responsibilities but goes beyond them. We are looking for someone who can independently drive initiatives from idea to release, improve processes, and ensure predictable delivery and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across teams, ensuring predictable, on-time, and high-quality releases
• Act as the main coordination point between Israel (product team) and Ukraine (development team)
• Translate business and product requirements into clear, technically sound tasks
• Manage priorities, scope, and ensure alignment with business goals
• Track goals, sprint velocity, and delivery performance & quality using structured OKRs (Objective Key Results)
• Monitor delivery performance and proactively resolve risks, blockers, and inefficiencies
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive improvements in tools, workflows, and team processes
• Build and maintain scalable processes and clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Ensure transparency of delivery progress, risks, and team performance
• Dive into technical details when needed and communicate effectively with engineering teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager in a product company
• Strong experience with B2C products (must-have), B2B — a plus
• Proven experience owning and improving delivery and team performance
• Strong technical background — ability to communicate with developers on the same level
• Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle (end-to-end)
• Strong experience working with delivery metrics, KPIs, and OKRs
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and improve processes
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability
• Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence
• English: Advanced (C1)

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Tier-1 markets
• Experience in performance/growth-driven products
• Technical background (ex-developer or QA)
• Experience working closely with executive stakeholders (e.g., COO, founders)
