We are looking for 🚀 Middle/Senior Recruiter (Full-Cycle) 🚀 who is ready to drive recruitment processes in the company!

 

Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job opening to offer stage
• Conduct sourcing through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, sourcing tools, direct search)
• Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, skills, and cultural fit
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and clients
• Coordinate interview processes and send test assignments when required
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Manage direct communication with clients, including understanding hiring needs, aligning expectations, and presenting candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure accurate verification of candidate documentation
• Review and process candidate-submitted Google Forms for contract preparation
• Take full ownership of open positions and ensure the timely delivery of qualified candidates
• Identify and implement improvements in recruitment processes

 

Strategic / Operational Focus:
• Optimize and manage the existing CRM system (currently CleverStaff) to improve efficiency and transparency
• Research and implement a sourcing system/tool to accelerate and automate candidate search
• Build structured talent databases accessible to recruiters and hiring managers
• Support company expansion into new markets 
• Contribute to scaling recruitment operations beyond Ukraine and Europe

 

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify ideal candidate matches
• High level of independence and ownership
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with ATS/CRM systems (CleverStaff experience is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail, especially in documentation and compliance checks
• English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Experience working with automation tools in recruitment processes to improve efficiency and scalability
• Experience using AI tools for candidate prescreening, evaluation, and sourcing, with the ability to leverage them to enhance speed and quality of hiring
