Middle/Senior Recruiter

We are looking for π Middle/Senior Recruiter (Full-Cycle) π who is ready to drive recruitment processes in the company!
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job opening to offer stage
β’ Conduct sourcing through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, sourcing tools, direct search)
β’ Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, skills, and cultural fit
β’ Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and clients
β’ Coordinate interview processes and send test assignments when required
β’ Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
β’ Manage direct communication with clients, including understanding hiring needs, aligning expectations, and presenting candidates throughout the recruitment process
β’ Ensure accurate verification of candidate documentation
β’ Review and process candidate-submitted Google Forms for contract preparation
β’ Take full ownership of open positions and ensure the timely delivery of qualified candidates
β’ Identify and implement improvements in recruitment processes
Strategic / Operational Focus:
β’ Optimize and manage the existing CRM system (currently CleverStaff) to improve efficiency and transparency
β’ Research and implement a sourcing system/tool to accelerate and automate candidate search
β’ Build structured talent databases accessible to recruiters and hiring managers
β’ Support company expansion into new markets
β’ Contribute to scaling recruitment operations beyond Ukraine and Europe
Requirements:
β’ 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
β’ Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify ideal candidate matches
β’ High level of independence and ownership
β’ Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
β’ Experience working with ATS/CRM systems (CleverStaff experience is a plus)
β’ Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
β’ Strong communication and presentation skills
β’ Attention to detail, especially in documentation and compliance checks
β’ English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
β’ Experience working with automation tools in recruitment processes to improve efficiency and scalability
β’ Experience using AI tools for candidate prescreening, evaluation, and sourcing, with the ability to leverage them to enhance speed and quality of hiring
