Lead Generation / Partnership Manager (Junior/Middle)
We are looking for a Lead Generation / Partnership Manager to help us grow our client and partner network, generate high-quality leads, and build long-term relationships in the IT outsourcing/outstaffing domain.
Responsibilities:
- Search for and engage potential clients (LinkedIn, email, and other channels)
- Generate and qualify leads
- Build and develop partnerships
- Communicate with prospects (first touch โ handoff to sales team)
- Maintain CRM and track outreach activities
- Contribute to outreach and lead generation strategies
Requirements:
- 6+ months of experience in lead generation / sales / partnerships
- Experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing is required
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
- Understanding of B2B communication
- Experience with LinkedIn
- Ability to write personalized outreach messages
- Proactive and self-driven mindset
Nice to have:
- Experience with email outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)
- Understanding of the sales funnel
- Experience participating in calls / discovery meetings
