Lead Generation / Partnership Manager (Junior/Middle)

We are looking for a Lead Generation / Partnership Manager to help us grow our client and partner network, generate high-quality leads, and build long-term relationships in the IT outsourcing/outstaffing domain.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Search for and engage potential clients (LinkedIn, email, and other channels)
  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Build and develop partnerships
  • Communicate with prospects (first touch โ†’ handoff to sales team)
  • Maintain CRM and track outreach activities
  • Contribute to outreach and lead generation strategies

 

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of experience in lead generation / sales / partnerships
  • Experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing is required
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
  • Understanding of B2B communication
  • Experience with LinkedIn
  • Ability to write personalized outreach messages
  • Proactive and self-driven mindset

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with email outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)
  • Understanding of the sales funnel
  • Experience participating in calls / discovery meetings
