B2C Strategy / Marketing Specialist
About the Role:
We are looking for a talented B2C Strategy / Marketing Specialist to help shape and execute the marketing strategy for our online digital goods store. The goal is to grow the customer base, increase engagement, and boost sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and product strategies for the B2C online store
- Identify growth opportunities: product categories, markets, and customer acquisition channels
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other internal teams
- Launch marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Analyze the market, competitors, and customer acquisition channels
- Lead a small team, if experience allows
Requirements:
- English proficiency: C1 or above (written and spoken)
- Native-level Russian or fluent written and spoken Russian
- Strong understanding of basic marketing principles
- Experience working with digital products
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in e-commerce, digital stores, or marketplaces
- Experience developing marketing strategies
- Experience managing a team
- Experience with B2C sales and digital product promotion
