Lead Generation Specialist (Game Projects / iGaming)

Part-time | Remote | Long-term

OnePlusOne Solutions is looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist focused on game projects (iGaming, mini-games, branded games).

This is a highly specialized role — we’re looking for someone who already knows where and how to find clients in the game development space, not a generalist.
 

What you’ll do:

  • Source and attract clients for:
    • iGaming and casino mini-games
    • Telegram mini-games
    • branded and promotional games
  • Use your own proven channels, platforms, and sources to generate leads
  • Identify and qualify potential clients (needs, budget, scope)
  • Initiate and manage first-touch communication with leads
  • Bring relevant, high-quality opportunities, not just volume
  • Maintain a structured pipeline and basic reporting
  • Collaborate with the team to align on positioning and priorities
     

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in lead generation specifically for game-related projects
  • Clear understanding of where game clients come from
  • Existing working channels / sources for lead generation (must-have)
  • Experience with outreach, negotiation, and early-stage communication
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results
  • Strong English (B2+/C1)
  • Structured and result-driven mindset
     

Important:

  • This is not a beginner role — we’re looking for a strong mid+ / senior specialist
  • We expect you to bring working approaches and sources, not build from scratch
  • Focus is on real opportunities and deals, not just activity
     

Format:

  • Remote
