Fit4Me is looking for a User Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for scaling our performance marketing efforts and driving revenue growth through web funnels.
This role has a direct impact on financial results: youโll manage budgets, make decisions, and scale what drives profit.
Key business KPIs of the role:
- CPA within the target benchmark.
- ROAS / ROI of advertising campaigns.
- Scaling the advertising budget toย $400,000+/month.

- Optimizing web funnels with a focus on increasing conversion.
- Analyzing campaign results and making data-driven decisions.
- Finding growth points and scaling profitable connections.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to improve creatives.
Tools:
- Meta Ads.
- Amplitude / Tableau.
We expect that you have:
- 1+ year of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing.
- Experience working with web funnels.
- Practical experience managing budgets from $200,000.
- Understanding of key metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV.
- Data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
- Intermediate+ level English.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in Health & Fitness or B2C products.
- Experience scaling campaigns in global markets.
