What you'll do:

• Source candidates across all disciplines, like engineers, managers, creative professionals, craftspeople, using any channel that works: LinkedIn, GitHub, Instagram, communities, cold outreach, events
• Own the full candidate cycle: first contact, qualification, handoff
• Help build and manage inbound channels (content, social, video) that make the right people come to us over time
• Track your own performance through data, understand what's working, and iterate
• Stay connected with placed candidates and support their growth, because your long-term upside depends on theirs
