We run a premium food tour company in Amsterdam, focused on high-quality small group experiences for American travelers (40+).

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to work closely with the founder and help bring structure to a growing company.

You will play a key role in keeping things organized, improving workflows, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

We already have a small remote team (based in Lviv), and you will work directly with the founder in a 1:1 setup.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, responsibility, and working behind the scenes to keep a business running smoothly.

Students or early-career candidates are welcome if they are highly organized and reliable.

 

  • Manage and organize inbox (prioritize, respond, draft replies)
  • Maintain and structure calendar and upcoming tours
  • Organize private tour pricing and requests
  • Support day-to-day operations and coordination
  • Keep information clean and up to date (documents, systems)
  • Help format and upload content (blog posts, pages, simple PDFs)
  • Assist with tracking outreach and simple growth tasks

  • Reliable and consistent


    Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
  • Experience with admin, operations, or coordination roles
  • Interest in travel, hospitality, or startups

    Salary
  • $400–$900 / month (part-time)
