OWOX changes this. Our patented technology reduces the cost per reporting request by 20x and increases reporting velocity by 50x, enabling stakeholders to get instant, trusted answers on top of spreadsheet-ready data.
In 2025, OWOX served 3+ million reporting requests for 2,100+ users. Today, OWOX works with 50+ paying customers, including Reformation, PandaDoc, Purblack, Zoro et — driving 105% YoY Net Dollar Retention.
Why this role exists
We are looking for a Lead Customer Success Manager to drive customer growth, product adoption, and value realization across our key accounts.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role. You will lead the Customer Success function for our key accounts, reporting directly to the CRO and shaping the playbook for OWOX’s future growth.
Your mission is to ensure OWOX becomes embedded in the reporting workflows and decision-making processes of business users and Economic Buyers.
You will work closely with Economic Buyers and their teams — including marketing, product, analytics, and operations — to launch new analytical use cases, expand product adoption, and demonstrate the business value of OWOX.
You will also help turn successful implementations into repeatable customer use cases and public success stories.
Your mission
Your success will be measured by three outcomes:
- Net Dollar Retention (NDR) > 100% across your portfolio of key customers
- Growth of Monthly Active Data Marts as OWOX’s North Star product metric
Development of customer use cases and success stories demonstrating the value of OWOX
What you will do
- Own the growth and retention of a portfolio of key customers, ensuring Net Dollar Retention above 100%
- Build relationships with Economic Buyers and their teams, aligning OWOX with their analytics workflows and business goals
- Drive product adoption and usage growth, increasing Monthly Active Data Marts and activating new analytical workflows
- Help customers implement analytics and reporting use cases that enable business teams to access trusted data and insights faster
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with the CRO on renewals and commercial conversations
- Develop customer success stories and public use cases, documenting how customers generate measurable value with OWOX
Collect structured feedback from customers and share insights with the Product team to improve adoption and product-market fit
What success looks like in 6 months
- Your portfolio demonstrates stable retention and expansion signals, supporting Net Dollar Retention above 100%
- Economic Buyers and key stakeholders are regularly engaged in value-driven conversations about the impact of OWOX
- Customers actively use OWOX in their analytics workflows, with Monthly Active Data Marts growing month over month
At least 1–2 strong customer use cases have been documented and can be used in marketing, product positioning, or sales
Skills & experience
Required
- Fluent English (C1 or higher)
- Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills
- Experience working with data teams, marketing teams, or analytics workflows
- Strong ability to understand business problems and translate them into data solutions
- Experience in Customer Success, consulting, analytics enablement, or account management in a SaaS environment
Highly appreciated
- SQL experience
- Google Cloud Platform / BigQuery experience
- Looker Studio experience or similar
- Stripe billing and subscription management experience
- Background in data analytics, consulting, or analytics-driven SaaS
