We are looking for a Bid Manager to join our Corporate Consulting Team and drive the preparation of high-quality proposals for international clients, large enterprises, and strategic partners. This role plays a key part in helping the company win new projects by coordinating the entire bid process โ€” from identifying opportunities to delivering compelling proposals that clearly demonstrate our expertise and value.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including delivery, finance, legal, and technical experts, ensuring that proposals are well-structured, competitive, and aligned with both customer expectations and internal capabilities.

This position is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking, strong writing skills, and structured project coordination, and who enjoys transforming complex requirements into clear and persuasive proposals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor international tender platforms, procurement portals, and partnership channels for relevant opportunities.
  • Coordinate the full bid lifecycle: opportunity qualification, preparation, submission, and follow-up.
  • Organize and manage the proposal development process, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
  • Coordinate internal contributors (delivery, finance, legal, sales, technical experts) during bid preparation.
  • Prepare high-quality proposal materials including technical sections, executive summaries, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Manage and optimize the use of AI tools in the proposal preparation process (content generation, research, drafting, formatting).
  • Ensure alignment of key commercial and delivery parameters with internal stakeholders.
  • Support preparation of capability decks, case studies, and reusable proposal assets.
  • Maintain an internal knowledge base of tenders, templates, and best practices.
  • Analyze customer requirements and translate them into structured proposal responses.

 

Requirements

  • Experience working with bid management, proposal preparation, business analysis, or similar activities related to preparing commercial or technical proposals.
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured customer technical, financial, and formal requirements.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and technology delivery models.
  • Experience preparing structured proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, or consulting proposals.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines in complex proposal processes.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to support content preparation and research is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Languages

  • English โ€“ professional working proficiency (C1 or higher).
  • One additional language required: Italian / German / Arabic.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in IT consulting or IT outsourcing companies.
  • Experience with EU-funded projects, international tenders, or large corporate procurement.
  • Familiarity with tender platforms and procurement portals.
  • Ability to prepare executive-level presentations and client-facing materials.
