Performance Marketing Specialist

🔍 About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist focused on Google traffic to drive scalable acquisition and optimize ROI across key markets. Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian is required.

What you will do:

• Launch and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, PMax, UAC)
• Manage budgets and optimize performance
• Work with analytics (GA4, GTM)
• Test creatives and landing pages
• Analyze funnel performance and improve conversion
• Collaborate with product & CRM teams

What we expect:

• 1+ years experience in Google Ads
• Strong analytical mindset
• Experience managing significant budgets
• Understanding of CPA / ROI / LTV metrics
• Experience in iGaming
