UI/UX designer

About the Role
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team on a part-time / project-based basis.

In this role, you will work on different client products, including web platforms, SaaS systems, dashboards, and startup MVPs. You will collaborate closely with delivery managers, project managers, and clients to translate product ideas into clear and user-friendly interfaces.

The workload may vary depending on active projects, so we are looking for a designer who is comfortable working in a flexible, project-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Design modern and intuitive interfaces for web platforms and SaaS products
• Create wireframes, user flows, and UI mockups
• Prepare high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma
• Collaborate with Delivery Manager, PMs, and clients to clarify requirements
• Design dashboards, admin panels, landing pages, and product interfaces
• Maintain design consistency and reusable UI components
• Support development teams during implementation and UI clarification
• Improve existing interfaces and propose UX improvements

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing web platforms, dashboards, or SaaS products
• Understanding of UX principles and usability
• Ability to quickly understand product requirements
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (DM, PM, BA, developers)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently
   

Nice-to-Haves (but not compulsory)

• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Experience working with outsourcing teams
• Understanding of design systems
• Basic knowledge of frontend constraints (HTML/CSS)
