We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Freelance IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Role Description:
- Provide ongoing technical support to employees
- Maintain and optimize existing systems
- Manage users’ permissions across various systems
- Manage software licenses and IT equipment
- Set up workstations for new employees
- Analyze hardware issues and coordinate repairs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in providing technical and ongoing support to company employees on current issues.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 - an advantage.
- Understanding of ESET PROTECT - an advantage.
- Understanding of Zoho Mail - an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
