Sales Manager (Fintech / Payments, iGaming)
We are looking for a Sales Manager with experience in fintech / payments or high-risk industries (iGaming, gambling, crypto).
Key responsibilities:
β attract and onboard new merchants (focus on EU market)
β manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to onboarding
β conduct negotiations, presentations, and prepare commercial offers
β work with CRM systems and manage sales pipelines
β collaborate with product, compliance, and tech teams
β achieve sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
β proven B2B sales experience in fintech / payments or high-risk segments
β strong understanding of high-risk verticals (iGaming / gambling / crypto)
β experience working with CRM systems
β strong communication and negotiation skills
β proactive, self-driven, result-oriented mindset
β English level: C1+
Nice to have:
β experience working with PSPs
β existing network of βwarmβ industry contacts
