Sales Manager (Fintech / Payments, iGaming)

We are looking for a Sales Manager with experience in fintech / payments or high-risk industries (iGaming, gambling, crypto).

 

Key responsibilities:
– attract and onboard new merchants (focus on EU market)
– manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to onboarding
– conduct negotiations, presentations, and prepare commercial offers
– work with CRM systems and manage sales pipelines
– collaborate with product, compliance, and tech teams
– achieve sales targets and KPIs

 

Requirements:
– proven B2B sales experience in fintech / payments or high-risk segments
– strong understanding of high-risk verticals (iGaming / gambling / crypto)
– experience working with CRM systems
– strong communication and negotiation skills
– proactive, self-driven, result-oriented mindset
– English level: C1+

 

Nice to have:
– experience working with PSPs
– existing network of β€œwarm” industry contacts
