Business Development Manager Offline

We are hiring a Business Development Manager (CIS market, remote)

We are a cryptocurrency exchange ranked among the global Top 10. In just 4 years, we have achieved a strong market position and are now expanding into the CIS region. Due to this growth, we are looking for an experienced professional to build and scale sustainable user acquisition channels.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with influencers and media: finalize agreements, set objectives, and draft terms of reference (TOR).
- Develop and manage the marketing budget.
- Coordinate content creation for various promotional channels.
- Improve conversion rates across traffic channels through data analysis and key metrics.
- Generate ideas for special projects, collaborations, co-branding programs, and implement innovative marketing approaches.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in marketing or finance. Experience in the blockchain industry or with crypto exchanges is a strong advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience working with influencers (key opinion leaders).
- Strong knowledge of SMM and messaging platforms: proficient with Telegram, Instagram, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
- Understanding of the blockchain and crypto exchange landscape in the CIS countries.
- Professional proficiency in Russian and English (for negotiations and correspondence).
- A well-developed professional network (networking) within crypto communities will be considered a significant plus.
