Lead Account Manager (E-commerce / Ad Accounts)

We are looking for an Account Manager to join an international e-commerce company based in China.
 

The company works with 40,000+ e-commerce stores worldwide and is now launching a new B2B service โ€” agency advertising accounts (Meta / Google / TikTok).
 

This role is focused on client communication and operational coordination, not media buying.

Responsibilities

  • Work with e-commerce clients using agency ad accounts
  • Explain how the service works and support clients during onboarding
  • Coordinate account setup with partner agencies
  • Manage ongoing client communication and requests
  • Control ad account top-ups (payments) and coordinate with finance
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations

     

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as Account Manager / Sales / Customer Success
  • Experience in e-commerce / digital / advertising
  • Understanding of how online ads or ad accounts work (Meta / Google / TikTok)
  • Strong communication skills
  • English โ€” B2+
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment

     

Nice to have

  • Experience with dropshipping
  • Experience with agency ad accounts / performance marketing

     

Working conditions
