Business Development / Partnership Manager

We’re looking for a proactive Junior/Middle Business Development / Partnership Manager to help us grow our partner network, build strong client relationships, and drive sales.

 

💡 Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in IT sales / business development / partnerships (B2B, outstaff, outsource);
  • Strong written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate / B2+);
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Attention to detail and structured approach to CRM management;
  • Proactive mindset and analytical thinking;
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously.

     

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Primary:

  • Drive sales and develop the client base;
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners;
  • Communicate with clients, partners, and candidates via Telegram and Email (fast response, follow-ups, professional tone);
  • Conduct intro calls and discovery meetings: gather requirements, validate expectations, and shape client requests;
  • Evaluate incoming positions, prioritize them, and transfer to the recruitment team;
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Monday);
  • Participate in negotiations and support contract agreements.

Secondary:

  • Prepare for conferences and events, conduct intro calls, and follow up with leads;
  • Research and test new sales channels (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Slack, etc.);
  • Support partnership initiatives and help expand the network;
  • Perform additional business development tasks as needed.
