Junior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who will support delivery across internal and client projects.

You will work closely with developers, designers, QA specialists, and senior team members to help keep projects structured, tasks clear, and delivery under control.

This role is suitable for someone who wants to grow in project management within a strong technical environment and gain experience working with Web3, AI, fintech, and complex digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of development projects
• Prepare clear and structured tasks for developers, designers, and QA
• Maintain Jira boards, backlogs, and sprint documentation
• Track deadlines, blockers, and dependencies
• Document meeting outcomes and project decisions
• Coordinate communication between project participants
• Follow up on task progress and help keep execution on track
• Identify and escalate risks or missing details early
• Support release preparation and delivery control
• Maintain documentation in Jira, Confluence, and Google Docs

Requirements

• 6–18 months of experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, operations, or similar roles
• Understanding of how digital product teams work
• Ability to write clear and structured tasks and documentation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Responsible and proactive working style
• Good written and spoken English
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Google Docs, spreadsheets, or similar tools

Mandatory education requirement

For this role specialized professional education in Project Management is required.

Candidates must have:

• Completed a specialized course related to Project Management / IT Project Management / Product Management / Business Analysis / Agile or Scrum
• Course duration at least 3 months
• Official certificate or diploma confirming completion

Candidates without formal course-based education in project management will not be considered for this position.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Scrum / Agile workflows
• Experience in outsourcing or product development environments
• Basic understanding of UI/UX processes
• Basic technical understanding of web or mobile development
• Interest in Web3, AI, fintech, or trading-related products
