Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We’re on the lookout for an experienced Head of VIP who’s ready to grow with us and shape high-impact retention strategies used by international partners.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

– Developing and implementing the VIP strategy: segmentation criteria, tier structure, benefits and bonus limits.
– Managing a team of VIP account managers and hosts: hiring, onboarding, KPI setup and weekly performance reviews.
– Managing top-tier users and maintaining proactive communication while resolving complex requests.
– Planning and controlling the VIP budget: bonuses, cashback, gifting and event expenses; conducting monthly P&L reviews for the segment.
– Working cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Fraud and Finance teams to optimize user journeys and reduce churn.
– Preparing regular reports for C-level management: ADPU dynamics, retention rate, cohort analysis and deposit plan vs. fact.
– Organizing exclusive events and offline activities for VIP users within the approved budget.

 

It’s a match if you have:

– 3+ years of experience managing VIP programs in digital entertainment platforms.
– Experience leading a team of account managers or VIP hosts (20+ people).
– Hands-on experience with Softswiss/Truelabel/Soft2bet platforms.
– Deep understanding of back-office systems: user management, limits, bonus tools and segmentation with daily operational use.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently extract and interpret data from CRM and BI tools.
– Experience building cohort reports and a strong understanding of key VIP metrics such as ADPU, LTV, retention rate, and churn, including tier-based performance analysis.
– Experience building operational reports and tracking systems independently.
– Experience building or managing a tier structure for a VIP program including segmentation logic, benefits and upgrade/downgrade mechanics.
– Experience setting KPIs for account managers and conducting regular performance reviews.
– Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trust with high-value users.
– Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
– Experience working in a multi-brand environment or holding structure.
– Understanding of international regulatory environments.
– Experience building VIP programs from scratch.
– Experience working independently with cohort reports.
