About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Measurement & Attribution Analyst to take ownership of server-side tracking, attribution accuracy, and subscription revenue alignment.

This is not a BI or reporting role.
This role is about ensuring clean marketing signals and controllable performance scaling from day one.

You will play a key role in making sure advertising platforms optimize based on correct revenue data and that performance decisions are grounded in reliable attribution.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain server-to-server (S2S) tracking
  • Implement and validate Conversion API (Meta / Google)
  • Manage postbacks and event deduplication (event_id)
  • Align Stripe subscription revenue with advertising platforms
  • Handle refunds, failed payments, and net revenue corrections
  • Diagnose discrepancies between Ads, backend, and Stripe data
  • Ensure accurate attribution across web and iOS (ATT, SKAN)
  • Maintain data integrity and improve marketing signal quality


Requirements
Experience

  • 3–6+ years in performance / marketing analytics
  • Proven hands-on experience with S2S tracking
  • Experience working with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Experience with subscription-based products
  • Experience reconciling Ads ↔ backend / Stripe data
  • Experience working with both web and iOS

Hard Skills

  • Strong understanding of:
    • Conversion API
    • Postbacks
    • event_id and deduplication
    • Attribution windows
    • Subscription lifecycle (initial, rebill, churn, refund)
  • Understanding of gross vs net revenue logic
  • Experience handling refund and failed payment scenarios
  • Structured debugging and discrepancy analysis
  • Comfortable with SQL and technical validation

Soft Skills

  • Ownership mindset and accountability for data quality
  • Structured problem-solving approach
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of how attribution impacts CAC and LTV
  • Clear communication with both marketing and engineering teams
  • Proactive attitude toward improving tracking and signal accuracy
