About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Measurement & Attribution Analyst to take ownership of server-side tracking, attribution accuracy, and subscription revenue alignment.
This is not a BI or reporting role.
This role is about ensuring clean marketing signals and controllable performance scaling from day one.
You will play a key role in making sure advertising platforms optimize based on correct revenue data and that performance decisions are grounded in reliable attribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain server-to-server (S2S) tracking
- Implement and validate Conversion API (Meta / Google)
- Manage postbacks and event deduplication (event_id)
- Align Stripe subscription revenue with advertising platforms
- Handle refunds, failed payments, and net revenue corrections
- Diagnose discrepancies between Ads, backend, and Stripe data
- Ensure accurate attribution across web and iOS (ATT, SKAN)
- Maintain data integrity and improve marketing signal quality
Requirements
Experience
- 3β6+ years in performance / marketing analytics
- Proven hands-on experience with S2S tracking
- Experience working with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with subscription-based products
- Experience reconciling Ads β backend / Stripe data
- Experience working with both web and iOS
Hard Skills
- Strong understanding of:
- Conversion API
- Postbacks
- event_id and deduplication
- Attribution windows
- Subscription lifecycle (initial, rebill, churn, refund)
- Understanding of gross vs net revenue logic
- Experience handling refund and failed payment scenarios
- Structured debugging and discrepancy analysis
- Comfortable with SQL and technical validation
Soft Skills
- Ownership mindset and accountability for data quality
- Structured problem-solving approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of how attribution impacts CAC and LTV
- Clear communication with both marketing and engineering teams
