Performance Marketing Specialist (Google) PPS

We are a product iGaming company looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist focused on Google traffic to scale user acquisition and optimize ROI across key markets (LATAM).
 

What you will do:

• Launch and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, PMax, UAC)
• Manage budgets and optimize performance
• Work with analytics tools (GA4, GTM)
• Test creatives and landing pages
• Analyze funnel performance and improve conversion rates
• Collaborate with product and CRM teams
   

What we expect:

• 1+ year of experience with Google Ads
• Strong analytical mindset
• Experience managing significant budgets
• Understanding of CPA / ROI / LTV metrics
• Experience in iGaming
