You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the operational IT infrastructure that supports our global sales and commercial operations. This includes ownership of core sales platforms (CRM, analytics, enablement tools), ensuring system uptime, data integrity, and ongoing tool improvements.

Main Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain the health and availability of key sales and operational tools (e.g., CRM, reporting dashboards, automation platforms)
- Ensure stability and performance of the operational IT infrastructure related to sales and revenue operations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and configure tools accordingly
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and proactively resolve technical issues
- Support onboarding and training of users across teams; provide ongoing tool support
- Evaluate and implement new tools and integrations to improve sales productivity
- Maintain documentation and provide internal support for tool-related processes
- Act as a liaison between Sales, IT, and Data teams on technical needs and tool optimization

Professional Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Operational Support / IT Infrastructure / Toolset Management (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or tech)
- Solid hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure as it relates to SaaS tools, system uptime, and integrations
- Understanding of sales processes and revenue operations KPIs
- Experience with automation tools is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Adaptability to quickly adjust to changes
