Fit4Me is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (Web Funnels) who will own purchase conversion across our web funnels and drive measurable CR growth through systematic A/B testing and data-driven decisions.
Your main challenge is to drive measurable growth across web funnels through systematic experimentation. You will be accountable for purchase conversion rate performance.

Your area of Impact:

  • Own purchase conversion across web funnels and be accountable for CR growth.
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests end-to-end: hypothesis → launch → analysis → rollout.
  • Optimize web funnels end-to-end: LP → quiz → paywall → purchase.
  • Prioritize experimentation hypotheses based on data, user behavior, and previous test results.
  • Analyze competitor pricing, paywall logic, and offers as a source of experimentation ideas.
  • Use key product metrics (CR, ARPU, LTV) as the foundation for decision-making and experiment evaluation.
  • Scale winning experiments across products and funnels.
  • Work closely with the CEO and Head of Product to iterate on experimentation strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, developers, and analysts to implement and ship experiments.

What do you need to join us:

  • 3+ years of experience in growth / CRO / product-oriented marketing within B2C subscription products.
  • Strong hands-on experience with A/B testing: hypothesis design, experiment setup, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Proven experience improving purchase conversion within web funnels.
  • Practical experience working with landing pages, quizzes, paywalls, and checkout flows.
  • Strong understanding of product metrics such as CR, ARPU, and LTV, and how to use them to evaluate experiments.
  • Experience working with analytics tools such as Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Tableau, or similar.
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level of English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Health & Fitness or Wellness products.
  • Successful scaling A/B tests across multiple products or funnels.
  • Experience using competitive research tools such as SimilarWeb, SensorTower, Ads Library.
