About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the US and Central European markets. This role is focused on acquiring and growing strategic B2B clients within high-growth industries including SaaS, E-commerce, Travel & Hospitality, Healthcare, Consulting, and AI-driven businesses.

This is a high-impact position with strong growth potential, including the opportunity to earn company shares after successful probation and performance milestones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy for the US and Central Europe markets
  • Identify, qualify, and close new B2B opportunities
  • Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers (C-level, VP, Directors)
  • Lead negotiations and commercial discussions
  • Drive outbound and inbound initiatives (LinkedIn, networking, partnerships, events)
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Represent the company at industry events and business trips

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales in IT services or B2B tech
  • Strong experience selling to B2B SaaS, E-commerce, AI, Healthcare, Consulting or Travel companies
  • Proven track record of closing mid-size and enterprise deals
  • Strong Account Management skills
  • Excellent English (spoken and written)
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • High level of ownership and result-oriented mindset
  • Understanding of operational excellence and delivery processes
  • Willingness to travel (US & Europe)
