Senior Email Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an Email Marketing Expert to build and maintain the
company’s email infrastructure.

This role is mainly technical and operational, focused on setting up automated flows, working with HTML templates, and ensuring reliable email delivery through our email platform.

The specialist will collaborate with the marketing team to implement and optimize foundational and lifecycle email flows.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage email infrastructure using Klaviyo.
  • Build and maintain foundation email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, transactional emails, retention flows)
  • Create and manage HTML email templates based on existing designs and layouts
  • Fully own and manage the subscriber database
  • Send regular email campaigns and newsletters, ensuring compliance with email marketing best practices and platform requirements
  • Assemble emails using predefined templates and design assets
  • Configure and optimize automated email sequences within Klaviyo
  • Ensure proper email deliverability and platform setup (authentication, list health, segmentation)
  • Optimize email structure and HTML formatting for reliable delivery across devices
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement email templates and flows
  • Monitor email performance metrics and improve deliverability and technical setup


Requirements:
 

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing
  • Strong experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot or Mailchimp
  • Experience working with HTML email templates and email builders
  • Fluent English (C1 level)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring emails are visually accurate and properly formatted
  • Ability not only to build templates but also test them thoroughly across devices and inbox providers
  • Understanding of email deliverability and list health management
  • Experience building and managing automated email flows
  • Ability to assemble emails using existing templates and designs
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance
  • Experience with DTC or lifestyle brands is a plus
  • Organized, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
