HR / Talent Sourcer
We are looking for a motivated HR & Talent Sourcer with at least 2 years of experience in outsourcing/outstaffing environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing top tech talent while supporting the recruitment process end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for IT positions (developers, engineers, etc.)
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain ATS records
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand project requirements
- Coordinate interviews and feedback with clients
Support recruitment campaigns and talent branding initiatives
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer with HR in outsourcing/outstaffing
- Strong English skills (B2+) written and spoken
- Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Telegram chat etc.)
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
