HR / Talent Sourcer

We are looking for a motivated HR & Talent Sourcer with at least 2 years of experience in outsourcing/outstaffing environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing top tech talent while supporting the recruitment process end-to-end.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and engage candidates for IT positions (developers, engineers, etc.)
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain ATS records
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand project requirements
  • Coordinate interviews and feedback with clients
  • Support recruitment campaigns and talent branding initiatives

     

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer with HR in outsourcing/outstaffing
  • Strong English skills (B2+) written and spoken
  • Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies
  • Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Telegram chat etc.)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
